The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of practical experience in patent prosecution.

Applicants are expected to be meticulous and demonstrate exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in technical documentation is highly regarded. Candidates should be prepared to provide academic transcripts and writing samples upon request. Preference will be given to attorney candidates who hold the relevant state bar for their designated office location.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with advanced technologies across a diverse range of technical sectors.

Compensation Range: Expected salary for attorneys is between $150,000 and $250,000, while patent agents can anticipate a range of $125,000 to $195,000.
