Job Summary

The Kids Camp Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the overall direction and organization of our Summer Camp programs. This role requires a strong leader who can engage campers in fun and challenging activities, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging summer camp activities, including arts & crafts, sports, and games
  • Supervise and train counselors to ensure they are interacting with campers and building positive relationships
  • Collaborate with the Kids Manager to promote and sell Kids Activities programs to members
  • Manage summer camp inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate staff schedules, daily activity schedules, and field trips according to state/federal guidelines
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on hiring, training, and performance feedback

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of summer camp counselor experience
  • First Aid Certification
  • Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tolerate loud noises

Preferred Requirements

  • Summer camp Supervisor experience
