Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kids Camp Supervisor to lead our Summer Camp programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, organization, and supervision of our camp programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging activities for children, including arts & crafts, sports, and games
• Supervise counselors to ensure they are providing a safe and welcoming environment for campers
• Collaborate with the Kids Manager to promote and sell Kids Activities programs to members
• Manage summer camp inventory and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate staff schedules, daily activity schedules, and field trips according to state/federal guidelines
• Provide guidance and support to staff on hiring, training, and performance feedback

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year of summer camp counselor experience
• First Aid Certification
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Summer camp Supervisor experience
