Civil Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform civil design calculations and prepare construction plans, exhibits, reports, and other documents.
  • Use AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and other design software to plan and design projects in line with industry and government standards.
  • Meet with Team Leads and/or Project Managers to review project development and assess any issues.
  • Conduct risk analysis for projects, considering construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors.
  • Construct and submit permit applications to local and state agencies, verifying that projects comply with various regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Requirements:
  • Civil Design Engineer with preferably 2-6 years of professional design experience.
  • Well-versed with AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and hands-on experience with Hydraulic Analysis.
  • Commercial, Industrial, and Residential experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
