Job Description

We seek physicians who appreciate senior patients, excel in collaborative environments, and strive for positive outcomes.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will be at the center of patient care, working closely with dedicated nurses and case management social workers to achieve excellent results.

You will have access to a transitional care team, on-site lab, prescription dispensary, and patient concierge services including transportation, prescription delivery, holistic health services, and more.

Your Benefits

  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
  • Practice call limited to telephonic only, with blocks of just 2-3 weeks per year
