About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Appointments and Conduct Consultations: Meet with potential patients to discuss their aesthetic concerns and introduce them to our range of non-invasive procedures.
  • Build Rapport and Overcome Objections: Develop strong relationships with patients, address their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing patients, ensuring continued client engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure a Positive Patient Experience: Check patients in and out, maintain a clean and professional clinic environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet Sales Targets and Commission Potential: Drive sales and generate commissions through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of commission-based structures.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Multitask and Work Independently: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and Friendly Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to patients.
