Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at BlastOne. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from sales handover to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Assess project risks and coordinate mitigation plans
  • Identify critical path items and coordinate execution
  • Develop and communicate project schedules with key milestone dates
  • Track and communicate budget variances throughout the project life cycle
  • Develop material and operational improvements with customers to deliver superior quality systems
  • Coordinate schedule execution with internal groups
  • Forecast project materials and services for expected completion dates

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing capital projects for industrial facilities and equipment supply
  • Understanding of project management tools and procedures
  • 10+ years of experience with installation, startup, and commissioning of industrial projects
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong project management methodology
  • Strong understanding of industrial projects and equipment
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate manlift equipment and work with power tools
  • Approximately 10-20% travel required
