Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our car wash site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the property, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and performance manage site-level team members.
  • Train and develop Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Create and assign schedules and responsibilities to team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Set and track financial goals and sales targets for team members to meet on a scheduled basis.
  • Open and close the site, and facilitate daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs as trained and directed.
  • Engage with customers to promote our Unlimited Wash Club and provide a positive experience.
  • Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
  • Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
  • Load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile to provide a positive experience for our guests.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests.
  • Manage the overall performance of the site to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field.
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Preferred: Car Wash experience.
