Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Perform other duties and projects necessary for the position, such as inventory management, cash handling, and guest issues.

Requirements

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.

Working Environment

Team Car Care is a fast-paced, flexible, and high-performance retail environment. You will be expected to work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. You must be able to stand on your feet for long periods and lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
