POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and organization in bar areas, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available to provide efficient and friendly service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivers an exceptional Guest experience by combining top-notch food, beverages, and entertainment in a vibrant setting.

  • Delivers food to tables, ensuring Guests have everything they require.
  • Complies with all safety and sanitation standards set by the company.
  • Responsible for stocking the bar with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins.
  • Maintains proper inventory levels of bottled and keg beer throughout the shift.
  • Keeps bar areas tidy and organized.
  • Empties trash and performs spot cleaning as needed or requested by management.
  • Restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes or closing duties.
  • Handles opening and closing tasks, including party setup and breakdown.
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization in all bar storage areas.
  • Participates in bar inventory as requested by management.
  • Engages in promotional activities and contests to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Supports fellow Team Members as needed based on business demands.
  • Fosters positive working relationships with all Team Members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
