At Loews Hotels & Co, we're seeking a skilled Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the Bartender and Beverage Server, stocking service areas, maintaining adequate supplies, and assisting with the service of beverages. You'll also be responsible for transporting food trays to and from the dining room, cleaning public areas, and participating in monthly inventory. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a basic knowledge of wine and spirits, we encourage you to apply.

  • Previous Barback experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic English language communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Bartender and Beverage Server in all aspects of service.
  • Stock and maintain service areas, including glassware and supplies.
  • Transport food trays to and from the dining room.
  • Clean and maintain public areas.
  • Participate in monthly inventory.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during an entire shift.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
