The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is a critical component of Citigroup's First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk.

ICM also plays an important role in Citigroup's Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk management.

Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, ICM continues to further embed consistency and best practices across Citi, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals.

The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within ICM.

The goal is to transform the end-to-end wholesale lending process, consolidating all remediation efforts for loan product processing and establishing a consistent target operating model with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology to achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise.

ICM Lending Transformation is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Loan IQ Programme Manager to lead the programme management of Citigroup's Loan IQ implementation.

Detailed knowledge of wholesale lending and technical project management is a pre-requisite, having previously managed large-scale system implementations.

The role includes resource management and budgeting, plan development and tracking, issue identification and escalation, preparation of materials for senior leadership, leading governance meetings, and internal and regulatory communication.

Lead the Global Loan IQ product processor transformation programme, ensuring successful implementation across various wholesale lending businesses front-to-back.

  • Drive adherence to programme processes, procedures, methods, and standards for programme delivery and leverage across the programme in line with Citigroup's Project Management Standards.
  • Develop and oversee execution of detailed project plans across numerous stakeholder groups and ensure appropriate change management approvals.
  • Appropriately identify and assess risks when making business decisions, using sound ethical judgment, while complying with Citigroup policy and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure timely project tracking, status reporting, and escalation of risks and issues.
  • Participate in senior programme governance, including preparation of materials.
  • Oversee programme budget and resource management.
  • Develop/maintain RAID logs and general issue management, with appropriate escalation.
  • Partner with 2nd Line Operational Risk Management and Internal Audit to ensure delivery design and execution to the highest standard.
  • Oversee programme communication, including internal stakeholders and regulatory updates/communication.
  • Manage a team of employees and coach and evaluate performance, making recommendations for pay increases, promotion, etc.

10+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.

6+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry; Loan IQ platform expertise, with a strong preference for migration and/or new implementation experience.

  • In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile/ Waterfall methodologies.
  • Prior experience as a technical project manager for large-scale system implementations.
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred.
