Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000 - $145,000, depending on experience. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Progressive Care Unit provider will be to deliver individualized patient care, addressing the unique needs of each patient while ensuring seamless communication among healthcare team members. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, taking into account patient medical history, current condition, and long-term goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient cases and develop strategies for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid nursing license and current registration in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting, preferably with a focus on acute care or critical care.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical decision-making, leadership, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
