**Job Description:** Ambulatory Care Outcomes Specialist

VCU Health - MCV Physicians is seeking an experienced researcher to join our team as an Ambulatory Care Outcomes Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing research studies to improve quality in primary care settings.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop research studies to improve primary care outcomes
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement research findings

**Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree and board certification in Family Medicine
  • Experience with health services and public health research projects
  • A record of or potential for extramural research funding through competitive, juried grants

Estimated Salary: $220,000 - $320,000 per year.
