Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through appt setting and communication
  • Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Excel highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $3,950 per month (based on 40 hours/week at $10.88/hour) + commission up to $500/month
