KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Performing repairs on systems including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Testing and operating equipment post-repair to confirm proper functionality
  • Documenting and reporting the use of parts and resources accurately
  • Assisting with equipment tasks and following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Occasionally performing light welding and fabrication tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy/light equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and on-board systems
  • Experience with Caterpillar and Komatsu machinery
  • Welding skills
  • Ability to interpret operation manuals and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety
