Key Responsibilities:
Input new employee data, pay adjustments, and termination details into the system for all staff members.

Screen applications and resumes; assess candidate skills and provide recommendations on qualifications.

Guide managers, supervisors, and staff on human resource policies and procedures.


Assist various departments with inquiries related to personnel and payroll; provide guidance on current HR practices related to employee records; facilitate communication between departments and staff.

Offer information and consultation on employment matters, such as transfers, promotions/demotions, layoffs, placements, and independent contractor status.

Coordinate employee events to ensure compliance with Employee Recognition Guidelines.

Prepare, maintain, or oversee various personnel and risk management documentation.


Perform a range of essential office support tasks, including drafting confidential correspondence and resolutions; preparing spreadsheets and entering data.

Interpret, apply, and clarify Company policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

Maintain precise records and documentation.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Commitment to adhering to Company and departmental safety protocols.
