Job Summary
The Packaging Sales Specialist at Morrisette is responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, as well as actively prospecting new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals
- Support the company's vision and mission
- Maintain personal productivity and quality standards
- Actively manage short- and long-term leads
- Manage marketing data using sales management systems
- Develop an annual marketing strategy
- Effectively present and discuss company products and services
- Develop a call schedule and provide reports on results
Requirements
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
- Sales aptitude
- College degree preferred, plus two years of sales experience or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
