Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and field construction operations on designated projects, ensuring that quality benchmarks are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This role may involve managing several medium-sized projects or a single large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, identify long lead items, and manage changes effectively
  • Implement change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly project reports, manage billing processes, and evaluate financial risks
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Support preconstruction activities and the project buy-out process
  • Address constructability challenges and contractual terms
  • Advise on staff development and disciplinary measures
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in data centre construction
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Expertise in scheduling software
  • Authorization to work in the US is mandatory
