Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and oversee assigned projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and lead project management teams to achieve quality output, meet customer expectations, and manage scope, time, and budget.
  • Drive division profitability through effective project execution and strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of approximately 3 direct and 10 total reports.
  • Review contractual requirements and process design methodology for individual projects.
  • Ensure schedule requirements are met and adjust priorities and milestones as needed.
  • Interact with customers to validate expectations and provide excellent service.
  • Provide oversight for third-party construction firms and manage project review processes.
  • Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed-use construction.
  • Strong understanding of engineering in electric power and field experience coordinating with construction management.
  • Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
  • Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Electrical engineering or Construction Management degrees are strongly preferred.
