Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to foster relationships and address their financial requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staff scheduling, cash management, and daily activities.
  • Drive profitability by implementing proactive business development strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in community initiatives and networking events to enhance the visibility and reputation of BayVanguard Bank.
  • Support and develop staff through performance objectives and training.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Guide the team through effective coaching, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
  • Stay informed on updates related to operations, products, and systems.
  • Supervise all balancing activities, including cash and ATM operations.
  • Assist staff in resolving complex account issues.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of regulatory banking practices and procedures.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in branch banking.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
