- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staff scheduling, cash management, and daily activities.
- Drive profitability by implementing proactive business development strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in community initiatives and networking events to enhance the visibility and reputation of BayVanguard Bank.
- Support and develop staff through performance objectives and training.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Guide the team through effective coaching, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
- Stay informed on updates related to operations, products, and systems.
- Supervise all balancing activities, including cash and ATM operations.
- Assist staff in resolving complex account issues.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of regulatory banking practices and procedures.
- A minimum of three years of experience in branch banking.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial institution policies, banking regulations (both state and federal), employee development, and public relations.
