About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Carollo Engineers. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple water and wastewater projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that client needs are satisfied.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that client needs are satisfied.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months of employment).
  • 15+ years of water and wastewater project experience in the field of Environmental Consulting Engineering with an emphasis on hydraulics, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes and treatment plant design for water, wastewater, and reuse.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing small- to large-sized projects during the planning, design, and construction phases of water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse infrastructure and treatment projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
  • Familiar with a broad range of issues related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse systems, including master planning, conveyance, and treatment plant design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Active in professional associations, including presentations of technical papers, member of technical committees, and officer of local or national organization.
