Job Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you'll work closely with our patients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- CNA license in the state of employment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
