Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests upon their arrival
  • Ensure accurate booking and room assignments for guests
  • Adhere to all financial protocols regarding cash and credit transactions

  • Promote hotel services and alternatives to enhance sales
  • Stay informed about the hotel's amenities, services, and activities
  • Communicate room status updates to housekeeping staff
  • Prepare meeting rooms as required
  • Provide guests with information about local businesses and attractions
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods during a typical 8-hour shift in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Familiarity with Opera software is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in English, the primary language of the workplace
  • Ability to stand for long durations (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Proficient typing, writing, listening, and grasping skills
  • A positive and friendly demeanor is essential
