We are seeking an experienced Development Leader to join our team as Director of Development. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your fundraising expertise to drive revenue growth and support our mission to achieve economic equity for women.

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivate and steward donor relationships, and manage day-to-day development operations. You will work closely with our President & CEO, Board members, and staff to secure individual, corporate, and foundation gifts, as well as plan and execute special events. Your leadership will be critical in building a diverse and robust donor base, driving revenue growth, and advancing our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, staff, and volunteers. A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of professional experience, including five years in fundraising and three years of supervisory experience, are required. Experience with fundraising for policy organizations is preferred.
