In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivate and steward donor relationships, and manage day-to-day development operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and leadership. A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of professional experience, including five years in fundraising and three years of supervisory experience, are required. Experience with fundraising for policy organizations is preferred.
