About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at Corner Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a Federal government client with knowledge management and technical writing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement knowledge management best practices, including NARA guidance and requirements.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Carry out commitments to deliver high-quality results, grow our capabilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in program management, training, skills assessments, curriculum development, and similar support.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on SharePoint and MSTeams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
