Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bowling Department Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of our Bowling Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience at our facility.
  • Assist with the daily operation of the Bowling Department, including setting up lanes, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with other staff members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent.One to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
