About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Engineer to lead the development of advanced materials for next-generation computer hardware technologies, with a particular focus on liquid cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development of new materials for computer hardware applications, including thermal management and liquid cooling systems.
  • Develop and optimize material properties to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency of computer hardware components.
  • Perform material characterization, testing, and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in material science and technology trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • D. or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in material research and development, preferably in the context of computer hardware or electronics.
  • Proficiency in material characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD, and thermal analysis.
