Job Opportunity in Organizational Theory

The Management and Organization Department at Penn State University is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a tenure-track position in Organizational Theory. We are looking for an individual with a strong research record and a proven track record of conducting high-quality scholarly research.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue an active research program
  • Perform undergraduate and/or graduate teaching
  • Supervise graduate students
  • Engage in professional service
Requirements
  • Ph.D. (or be in the final stages)
  • Proven track record in conducting high-quality scholarly research
  • Demonstrated teaching competence at a high level

Candidates applying for full or associate ranks may simply list three references on their CV; candidates applying for an assistant professor rank should have three reference letters sent directly to the recruiting committee chair.
