Assistant Professor Tenure-Track Position in Strategic Management

The Management and Organization Department at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University is seeking a tenure-track assistant professor in the area of Strategy. The successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a proven track record of conducting high-quality scholarly research, and demonstrated teaching competence at a high level.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue an active research program with high-impact or potential for high-impact research
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in management and organization
- Supervise graduate students and engage in professional service
- Ph.D. in a relevant field by the appointment start date
- Proven track record of conducting high-quality scholarly research
- Demonstrated teaching competence at a high level
- Publications in premier journals
- Research program with high-impact or potential for high-impact research
