Concrete Crew Carpenter/Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Crew Carpenter/Finisher to join our team at HEI Civil - Colorado. As a premier heavy civil construction company, we are dedicated to shaping the landscape of Colorado's Front Range and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing, with a strong focus on safety and quality. They will be responsible for building and setting concrete forms, tying rebar, placing and finishing concrete foundations, and operating heavy equipment.
We offer a competitive salary of $23+ per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick leave, six paid holidays, health insurance, 401K, and $10,000 company-paid life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and set concrete forms
- Tie rebar
- Place and finish concrete foundations
- Operate heavy equipment
- Finish concrete by floating, troweling, edging, and brushing in accordance with specifications
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, stand for long periods of time in hot and cold weather
