We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Harbor House Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready for arrival.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to meet high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and other cleaning procedures as needed.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, using problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on guest safety.
  • Inspect rooms and note any repair needs before releasing the room for future occupancy.

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant.
