Job Summary: The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking an experienced Medical Director for Inpatient Psychiatry Services to lead our team of healthcare professionals.
About the Role: As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our inpatient psychiatry units. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and providing medication therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication therapy as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
