We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Director in State College, PA. As an employee owner of Property Management, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a growing company that manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and serves over 30,000 customers and 360 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of the property, ensuring exceptional service to residents.
  • Manage rent collection, process applications, and conduct market studies.
  • Assist other team members as needed and maintain a strong eye for detail.
  • Review and prepare monthly reporting, invoices, and data entry.
  • Prior experience with Yardi is a plus, and a valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
