About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the sales and group personal training teams, providing daily direction and leadership to ensure the success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness program sales and promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.
  • Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers, including promotions, events, and outreach.
  • Oversee the entire sales process and system, ensuring compliance with Orangetheory Fitness business policies and procedures.
  • Develop a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation, while being promotionally-oriented.
  • Ensure all front desk systems are followed, including proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries, Intro booking, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, and document scanning.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using Orangetheory Fitness tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
Operational Duties
  • Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs) month over month.
  • Compliance and adherence to Orangetheory Fitness Business Policies for daily studio operations.
  • Properly managing and exceeding all Orangetheory Fitness sales and operational budgets.
  • Ensure Orangetheory Fitness branding through consistency and continuity in all actions and uniform adherence.
  • Enforce Orangetheory Fitness corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience required.
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and members.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous sales experience highly recommended.
  • Previous sales experience in the health and fitness industry strongly recommended.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Must possess excellent management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
  • Grammatically correct with excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
  • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word).
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work and function in a team environment.
  • Health and fitness-minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred.
