Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support for assigned Borough operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including providing customer service, maintaining records, and performing administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and customer service support for assigned Borough operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, mail distribution, and other tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to Borough residents and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with other Borough staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an administrative role, knowledge of Borough policies and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
