Emergency Vehicle Recovery Specialist

Phillip's Towing Service Company is a reputable organization in Eastern North Carolina, seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We require a skilled individual with tow truck experience and the ability to operate within 30 minutes of Fayetteville, NC (28301). This role involves providing reliable and efficient towing services, including transporting vehicles to designated locations, loading and unloading vehicles using flatbeds or other towing equipment, and ensuring safe transportation while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring the safe transportation of their vehicles.
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations, manage stressful situations calmly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Perform basic jumpstarts, lockouts, winch outs, and other services as required.
Requirements:
- Valid NC driver's license
- Able to acquire CDL A, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements shortly if not currently held
- Clean driving history
- No felonies to meet Hazmat requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical examination, DOT drug test, and Clearinghouse compliance
- Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours
