Job Description:
Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting customers with product information, and driving sales through effective merchandising and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
- Know all products, promotions, and advertisements to answer customer questions.
- Assist with receiving the truck and pricing items.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year.
