AARP is seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our Treasury team. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for managing a diversified portfolio of investments, including public equity, fixed income, and alternative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of investment portfolios, including rebalancing and monitoring portfolio performance.
  • Compile and analyze data on portfolio valuations, holdings, fees, and other investment information.
  • Manage the Dynamo investment data software system and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Assist with investment operations, including raising cash from existing investments, funding new investments, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Prepare investment materials for the Investment Committee, Board members, and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
