POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a safe environment, provide emotional and social support, and address the physical needs and comfort of residents. You will deliver direct care to residents as assigned, following their care plans and directives from your Supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned by community representatives. Adherence to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies is essential, as is maintaining established standards of practice set by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, in compliance with state laws.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years (if 16, must be currently enrolled in high school).
  • Proficient in English with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation techniques.
  • Flexibility to work hours as scheduled based on position requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift & Wage:

  • Available Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time
  • Shifts: Varies
  • Hourly Wage: $18 to $22
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
