Position Summary

OBJECTIVE: This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Deliver food and beverages to guests in accordance with established standards.
  2. Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
  3. Ensure that food quality and presentation meet high standards before serving.
  4. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols as instructed by management.
  5. Assist with preparation and closing procedures as required by the organization.
  6. Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
  7. Maintain safety in all tasks.
  8. Value diverse perspectives to enhance your approach.
  9. Commit to attending all major events.
  10. Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
SUPERVISORY ROLE
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in hospitality, high-volume catering, or full-service dining is preferred.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive image at all times.
  • Exemplary customer service abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift 40 pounds or more.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • A dynamic and fast-paced environment that encourages learning and collaboration.
  • High density of people during events.
  • Typically loud noise levels on event days.
