Overview of the Role:

The Registration Manager plays a pivotal role in the events division, focusing on acquiring participants from both public and private sectors for a variety of engagements hosted by e.Republic. This includes webinars, tailored virtual or in-person gatherings, large regional conferences, and internal events. The position demands a high level of customer service for both internal teams and external clients, all while navigating a fast-paced work environment. The Registration Manager will handle extensive outreach and communication through various channels and must ensure accuracy and quality in all services rendered. Opportunities for travel to support onsite registration at events will be available throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email regarding event-related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement action plans with clear deadlines for assigned events.
  • Adhere strictly to event timelines and project requirements.
  • Regularly assess the status of each event and collaborate with the Team Lead to address any additional needs for success.
  • Create, modify, and distribute event promotions using marketing software.
  • Conduct follow-up communications via email to facilitate event registrations.
  • Reach out to potential attendees and sponsors regarding events.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of the contact database, including updating information and managing registrations.
  • Support registrants in completing payment processes for events with associated fees.
  • Research potential new event leads as needed.
  • Generate accurate and detailed event reports for both internal and external clients.
  • Prepare and dispatch materials for events, which may involve printing and organizing registration documents and badges.
  • Travel to events to provide onsite registration assistance, including setup and management of the registration area, greeting attendees, and addressing onsite requests.
  • Manage and troubleshoot onsite equipment and network systems, including laptops, printers, and Wi-Fi connections.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Skilled in conducting online research.
  • Minimum of two years of office experience required.
  • High level of technological proficiency with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with HTML is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
