Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Remediation Technician to join our team at All Dry Services of Tulsa. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and restore properties to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on water or mold remediation projects based on assigned job
  • Clean equipment and maintain a clean truck
  • Approve weekly timecards and ensure all job paperwork is completed on time
  • Provide excellent customer service, including explaining job scope and timelines to homeowners
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Lead Technician or Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Flexibility with a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
