Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure student progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
  • Completion of an SLPA program from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of practice.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
