We are currently seeking full-time Prep Cooks to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing food items and serving customers while adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and production sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and waste.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated and cleaned according to departmental procedures.
  • Label, date, and store food items in compliance with policy.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety and quality.
  • Take customer orders and prepare items that require short preparation times.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidates. A commitment to quality and customer service is essential.
