About the Role:
We are a leading general contractor with a rich history of delivering high-profile projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3-10 years of extensive site supervision experience in large, complex facility construction
- Healthcare or highrise project experience preferred, but not required
- Advanced knowledge of MEP's a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software (Project, P6, Procore, or equivalent)
- Ground up experience preferred
