Clinical Care Nurse

As a Clinical Care Nurse at LanceSoft, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our community. With a focus on holistic care, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
Assess patients during intake and take vital signs
Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening
Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
Requirements:
Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting
Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation
Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing
Preferred Qualifications:
Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
Licensure/Certifications:
The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
Education:
Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
