Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Course Operations Manager to join our team at Trump Miami Resort Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Golf Course Superintendent in the maintenance, operation, and management of our golf course.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Golf Course Superintendent in the daily management of the golf course, including scheduling and completion of tasks.
  • Supervise and train staff members in equipment operations, turfgrass management, and customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of pesticide and fertilizer applications, as well as other golf course operations.
  • Collaborate with the Golf Professional to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the Golf Course Superintendent at internal functions and meetings, as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve golf course conditions, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance, preferably at a highly ranked golf facility.
  • Knowledge of turfgrass management, agronomy, and golf course operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The Golf Course Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often in outdoor conditions, and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. The position requires excellent physical stamina, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
