Job Description">

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues, supporting the team, and developing knowledge articles for global circulation. Your key strengths will include strong customer service skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, account management/customer engagement experience, and fluency in spoken and written English language. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 5+ years of industry working experience. Advanced knowledge of vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server, experience in handling ESXi and vCenter deployments and upgrades, and certifications in Linux-enabled solutions will be highly beneficial.
