We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in York, PA.

Job Description

Soliant is hiring a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA) to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a key member of our team, you will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions

Requirements
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathology license is required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
